Once done, they will be added to your ‘connected suppliers’ list, and Dext will handle the rest by automatically importing your invoices. If you choose to integrate your Dext and Xero accounts, it guarantees that receipts, invoices, and other documents will be accurately extracted and formatted to seamlessly fit into your entire financial workflow. Dext swiftly and effortlessly reads and extracts data from your receipts, invoices, and other financial documents. You can instantly capture a receipt by snapping a photo using the app or forward items to your dedicated Dext email-in address. The app will extract essential information from the submitted document. Subsequently, you can review the data in your Dext inbox and choose to either publish it to your cloud accounting software or export it as a CSV file.

When you sign up for a 14-day free trial of Dext, you will have the opportunity to try their most popular plan, Business Plus. This plan includes 5 user licenses and allows you to scan up to 300 receipts. During the trial period, you will have access to the complete set of features listed. The supplier lists are automatically imported from your Accounting Software or the items you provide to Dext. You can conveniently customize them by accessing the ‘Suppliers’ tab located at the top of the page.
